The Drow of V'elddrinnsshar - City of Shadows

Mighty V'elddrinnsshar, jewel of the Realms Below, most populous of the region's cities, and most dangerous. Drow may rule in the City of Shadows, but many races walk the streets here, and most are not slaves.
V'elddrinnsshar has been ruled for nearly fifteen years by House Gereshen, First House of the City, and the Council of Matrons of the top eight Houses. In this time, the city has become far more outward looking, and surface involvements have become quite common amongst the more strident Houses, and Clans.

So much goes on in V'elddrinnsshar that it would be impossible to cover it all here. Many LRP Drow Houses either have come from, or still belong to the city. Included are a small selection, namely Gereshen, Tegredir and Lil Velkyn Z'ress, but any others who wish their own section, or an obvious link to their own site, are welcome to apply if they are, or have been, city members. Also included here are a guide to the city and it's ways, a guide to the religions of the Drow (except Ellistrae, who is not followed even secretly in the city ) and finally a chance to see who, in our opinion, the most famous Drow in LRP are or have been.
